Voting for Biden isn’t picking a savior. Because he’s not going to save us. If he gets elected I full expect this to be a “two steps back, one step forward” kind of situation, except maybe with another step back thrown in as a bipartisan gesture for the Republicans.
But you know what? You need to stop thinking about it like that. Because if voting is all you plan to do, you’re not fighting hard enough. If you plan to stop fighting after the election, you’re not fighting hard enough. Voting in this election isn’t picking who you think is going to fix things for you.
Voting is picking who we’re going to fight next. And you have a choice of your next opponent. Neo-Hitler, or the Pernicious White Moderate.
